Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)

•The Service Provider undertakes to provide the full extent in terms of B-BBEE to consult The Company on all aspects as prescribed by the B-BBEE Act, (Act 27 of 2003).

•Training sessions for all management personnel will be conducted to ensure that all role players on management level are equally equipped to take sound profit yielding resolutions.

Employment Equity

•Provide the full extent in terms of employment equity to The Company as defined in the Employment Equity Act (Act 55 of 1998).

• Present a quarterly report reflecting the position of employment equity, to The Company.

•All statutory reporting to the Department of Labour (DOL) with regard to employment equity as well as all statutory obligations in terms of Act 55 of 1998, i.e. the obligatory handing-in of EEA2 and EEA4 reports no later than the first working day in October.

Skills Development

•Provide the full extent of skills development to The Company as defined in the Skills Development Act (Act 97 of 1998) as Skills Development Facilitator.

•Compile an annual skills audit to determine the skills level of all employees in The Company and reconcile this audit with the needs of The Company in order to ensure optimum productivity.
